West Bengal College Librarians’ Association (WBCLA) is a professional association dedicated to the development and advancement of college libraries and the library profession in West Bengal. Established in 1962, the Association provides a platform for college librarians to connect, collaborate, exchange professional knowledge and contribute to the growth of academic library services.
