The organisational structure facilitates professional communication, coordination, knowledge sharing and participation in various academic and professional activities of the Association.

Central Council

It works towards organising professional programmes, meetings, seminars, workshops, publications and other activities for the benefit of members and the wider library community.

University Zones

WBCLA’s organisational network extends across different University Zones of West Bengal.

These zones provide a regional platform for librarians and library professionals to communicate, collaborate and participate in professional activities. They also help coordinate zonal meetings, seminars and other programmes.

Office Bearers

This section presents the current office bearers and their respective responsibilities as officially constituted by the Association.

Committees

Different committees may be constituted by the Association to support specific professional, academic, organisational or programme-related activities.
